Business Verification: To ensure that we only sell to licensed businesses, all wholesale customers must provide a valid business license, sales tax permit, and any other required documentation for their state before completing any purchase. Hookah Express verifies the legitimacy of the provided documents to confirm that the customer is a legally operating business.
2. Shipping Restrictions: We only ship to addresses in the United States where the sale and delivery of hookah and tobacco products are legal. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
3. Florida Tobacco Taxes and Client Responsibilities: Hookah Express collects applicable tobacco taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, the client is responsible for paying any applicable local tobacco taxes. We encourage our clients to consult their local tax regulations to ensure compliance with all tobacco tax requirements.
4. Record Keeping: We maintain detailed records of all transactions for at least five years, as required by the PACT Act. These records include customer information, order details, shipping documentation, and proof of business verification.
5. Monthly Reporting: Hookah Express submits monthly reports to the relevant state tax administrators, providing detailed information about the tobacco products sold and shipped within their jurisdiction.
6. Compliance Training: All employees at Hookah Express receive regular training on PACT Act requirements and our company policies to ensure complete compliance with federal and state regulations.
